Fuel Pressure

I'm sure this was discussed before but I couldn't find it.

As fuel pressure is increased, injection volume increases.

Is the increase linear with injection duration?

Example: Say I increase fuel pressure some %. At 1500 rpm, the injection
volume would increase by some % (%IV at 1500). At 5000 rpm the injection volume
would also increase some % (%IV at 5000).

Does %IV at 5000 ~= %IV at 1500 or
is %IV at 5000 > %IV at 1500

Thanks
