Simple injector Drive

We're talking about two different injector styles here.

The GM injectors have 16 ohm coils and are meant to be driven by full battery
voltage w/o a resistor.

The Bosch style have a 2.4 ohm coil and need a series resistor to limit the
current.  Due to the inductive nature of the coil, the resistor isn't 'seen'
as much early on before the current has ramped up.  This has a speed-up effect.
Use a 6.5 ohm resistor.
