EFI reference now on the WWW

Is DIY_EFI and EFI_332 back up?  Yay...

I have put the EFI reference that I posted periodically on the WWW for
everyone to look at.  the URL is http://www.dcc.edu/vettenet/efi_ref.txt

Check it out and keep me updated with new journal articles, your favorite 
EFI books, etc.

I'll also post it once in a while.  I believe Rob added a link from the 
DIY_EFI home page to it also.
