... application is used in most motorcycles, so there is a possible
source if can be adapted to your circumstance.  It seems that there
have been quite a few new cars with "distributorless" ignition
systems.  I'll be that most of these systems use ungrounded coils
as well ... unfortunately I have chosen one of the few for which
this approach does not work (5-cylinder motors).
