Syclone Injection

Mr. Spears, if the 4.3L V6 in the Syclone is so great, why is it not 
available on the aftermarket?  Does GM not allow aftermarket 
reproductions of the Syclone port-injection?  To me this makes no sense. 
I mean GM has the best injection system available and both the 
aftermarket and GM just ignore and let it DIE?!!??!?
