Thanks Jim,

I do not need the system for actual engine control but for protection. I run
a dragrace bike with nitrious oxide injection. Things can go very wrong in
the engine. I was hoping to monitor exhaust gas temperature and shut of the
nitrious once the temperature gets to high (or the temperature rise if the
system turns out to be to slow). I believe there are some electronics
available that hook up to a thermocouple and give a nice output.
