Injector flow rate

Hi guys

I have a set of SAAB 16-valve turbo injectors (Bosch).
Does anybody know what their flow rate is (at what pressure) ?

The part number is 0-280-150-706

There are two other numbers:
One is located at the connector socket and that number is 060.
The other is above the part number and that number is 544. 

Are these numbers just production numbers or what? 

I believe that these are high resistance (15.6 ohms) injectors, so all I 
need is a TIP120 transistor (and may be a suitable zener) to drive them 
from HC11 (with some current limiting resistor between the base and 
HC11)?
