One thing just struck me -- the analog EFI I have is throttle body (TBI) not port injection. Haven't thought about the complexity of doing TPI with analog controller -- maybe use a flip-flop to switch from one bank of injectors to the other and pulse half at a time. That's what the system on my Ford F-150 does now, except it's digital.
