Oh, there are MANY tables in a BOSCH Motronic DME ..
TOO many, if you ask me ..
Generally, they combine the "lambda" table and the "VE" table into one
unit .. it is tuned empirically to give the desired lambda on the exact
engine... usually on the dyno ...
