Injector Pulse Width Resolution 16 bit or 8 bit

Hey there,

On my working DIF system (MAF sensor) I use 8 bit for pulse width resolution.

8 bit gives you 0.4% step resolution, while 16 bit gives you an overkill of
0.002%.  Keep the math simple, plus you only need 14.7 to 1 ratio, not
14.700000 to 1.
