 MAP systems work differently .. from MAP and MAT and VE you can determine
 how much air per cycle is inducted (calculated NOT measured, some bit of
 error) and do the fuel that way .. the Equation is in Heywood, I think
 and if not Heywood, then the Automotive Electronics book (new one)
