I'm quite new to the fuel injection scenario too.  What is MAP verses MAF
and what type does a SAAB have?

MAP = Manifold Absolute Pressure
MAF = Mass Air Flow

I don't know what SAAB uses but most of the European cars use Bosch systems 
which typically use MAF.
