Yuv almost got it... but I did find a notice at the end of the message

Attachment Converted: C:\AWINT\MAIL\ATTACH\REInject

This means that the garbage is still ther, it just got treated as an 
attachment and got dumped into Eudora's directory reserved for such
things.  At least I don't have to see it now, but it'll eventually 
fill up the attachment directory.
