If i'm not mistaken, there's a wire that runs between the fuel pump relay and
the knock sensor box.Should be connector 10 on the knock sensor plug. All you
need to do to remove the limiter, is clip that wire. I think you'll have to
ground the wire coming out of the fuel pump relay. You do have to ground the
wire coming out of the knock sensor box(number 10).
