single cylinder EFI and "Eds Circuit Celler"

I just signed up...

I've already looked in the archives for a motorcycle EFI system and didn't
see too much.  I'm interested in building a unit for a single cylinder
bike.  How hard could it be (famous last words.)

While in the archives I saw reference to "Ed Circuit Celler".  Is this the
guy from Byte Magazine way, way back?  How can I get reprints of what seems
to be referred to as a EFI system?
