Road and Track did a small bit on a product made by 3m, I think.  It
was 1983, 1984.  The film was like tin foil on one side and tar paper
on the other.  It was supposed to be 90 per cent plus adsorbing of
microwave energy.   Costly, back then but if placed between the glass
shell of a vett and its steel structure?   I still think that with
laser your out of luck.   If anyone knows a good referance librarian we
may find it.
