info about efi has been slim lately ..... any interested
in eec-iv should look into the sub-group on that subject.
I recently posted info on the Intel CPU "cousin" (8096)
to the 8061 that's in it. If you're not on that list
info on joining below ..... and write if you want me
to post you a copy of the 8096 data (or just get an Intel
data book on MCS-96 ;-)

Subject: EEC-EFI List
Folks,
It's been a long time since the list was running (mid Feb I think) and
since it's going to be a little while longer before I can get majordomo
executing properly (problem with a Perl update is most recent snag) I
decided to go with a simple distribution list. The list should be back
up and running if you're reading this but there are a few new rules. You
can see them at:
http://eelink.umich.edu/~p-nowak/eec-efi/
Or you can just keep reading here. It's a lot of info.
The main thing is that the list is on a unix system so it should be
relatively bullet proof now (was on a mac -- bad experiment).
The list is also manually administered so all adds, drops, or other
requests will be done by me, Paul Nowak. I did put up a form for
submitting adds and drops only because I thought it would make the list
run a little better. The subscription request form is at (but give it a
day before I get a script on the back end of it 4/22/97):
http://eelink.umich.edu/~p-nowak/eec-efi/EEC-Mailadddrop.html
That's it for now,
Paul Nowak
