MIME Encoding

Greetings,

My apologies to you folks for the garbage and oddball file attachments 
associated with my messages over the last week or so.  I switched from 
American Online to using Microsoft Internet Mail (with the Outlook front 
end) with MCI One as my ISP.

Apparently the default settings in Outlook is to encrypt everything using 
MIME encoding.  *sigh*.
