Just a reminder.  I posted an active circuit to vary the output of an o2 
sensor a while back.  It was relatively simple and cheap and is probably 
worth a try.  Even if it doesn't work at WOT, it should help with 
throttle response during transients.

And if you are running CNG, it will work even better:)
