AFAIK - GM will use the highly successful 3800 Series II V6 as the
base engine.  It holds its own quite well against the 'stang GT.
The 3800 puts out 200hp vs the single cam 4.6s 215(?)hp.

I don't know of a source for aluminum 4.3 heads other than GMPP...
