Motronic : problem with idle

Hello,
Any advice or ideas about the problem I'm experiencing will be quit helpfull.

1. Idle is very rough. 
2. Lost torgue at low RPM (up to 3000 rpm).
3. Hesitation when accelerating from idle.
4. After gear shift engine first hesitate and then runs smooth.

Above 3500 rpm everything works fine.
Emissions check shows engine runs lean (=1.02).
Fuel pressure seams OK. Somewhere between 2.6 - 2.7 Bars.
The car is a European PEUGEOT 106 XSi with motronic MP3.1
