I realize that this may be elementary but I need help. this lazer with a tbi system will not start as soon as the temperature goes to 32 degrees F or below. If engine is heated, with block heater- no problem- it the ambient temperature increases during the day no problem, but below 32 it just will not start. Any suggestions appreciated. David Craig
