Hi Scott 

I believe the Prom used is a 87S180. 
Don't have the data book here. Must be buried at work.

The adapter I made had a few pins switched.

Pins 18 and 19 connect to 12 (VSS)
pin 20 of prom to 17 of 2732
pin 21 of prom to 20 of 2732

All the other pins correspond directly to 2732 standard

This is from a adapter I made a few years ago so be careful its
late out here.
