Bosch ECU

Hi,

I'm looking for a list of all the availabe Bosch ECUs. I'd like to know what 
their possibilities are and in what cars they are used at the moment.
Can anybody help me in that case or give me a hint where I can get that 
information?
Is there any literature just about Bosch ECUs available? Can anybody give me a 
recommondation what's worth to buy?
