FFV info

[Frank Evan Perdicaro]

Orange County, CA seems to be home to a great many of the Taurus FFV
cars.  I have seen dozens of them on the road, and I ride my bicycle
to work!  

Can you provide a reference for that SAE paper?  I am somewhat interested
in reading more on these cars.
