Ford EGO

Hello all

I have a question concerning the Ford EGO #9f472 Binary output.

What is the response time of the sensor? Is the sensor capable of
detecting mixture on a per cylinder basis at 2000 rpm.
Also does the sensor have an offset  when at operating temperature.
Is there a source of info on the sensors used by Ford not the general
stuff found in their manuals. We need the technical specifications for
their sensors.
