ABS

Hey,
     ABS is not always on. It only activates when the brakes are applied
except in the case of a vehicle with traction control. Traction control is
always on only if you set your transmission in performance mode which is done
on most vehicles if a performance package is installed. The only way to get
the Performance package is to install speed rated tires at the factory.
