Knock Sensors

The knock sensor on my '82 Chevy Z-28 threads into the block in place of
one of the coolant drain plugs, and uses a single conductor into the
ECM. Mechanism seems to be some kind of vibration sensor.

I'd guess "engine sensitive" refers to the ECM a respective knock sensor
is designed for, with respect to the voltage or resistance it uses to
communicate knock detection to the ECM.
