Air/ fuel ratio & percent oxygen

Hi All

Maybe someone can help with the following: What is the relationship 
between a given air/ fuel ratio (AFR) and the percentage oxygen in exhaust 
gas? For example, at an AFR of 14.7, what would you measure as the 
percentage oxygen in the exhaust gas; similarly, what would the % 
oxygen be at an AFR of 13, or whatever other ratio one was 
interested in? The voltage output of an exhaust gas oxygen sensor 
is obviously converted to AFR, but how is that done?
