Bosch hotwire sensor..

I have built a l-jetronic lap-top controlled fuel injection system, 
which I vant to upgrade. My question is:
Does anyone know what the specifications of the output of a Bosch 
hot wire air mass sensor is.

This is my first posting to this group and my English sucks!
