Lean mixture on 1-2 shift

Yeah...Your open loop mapping is set lean!

Seriously, this IS the problem.  You will probably have to remap it to 
change this characteristic.  I can only speculate as to WHY this is, 
but it is probably to limit the performance and prevent burning out 
the cat.
