In a message dated 97-03-12 09:43:01 EST, you write:

<< I have two pairs of high-wattage ion lights from two different
Lexus
vehicles, that if I rehoused them, would make fabulous headlights.
 My
favorite type of headlight is the european yellow. Our government

                                                     French. The rest
of europe uses white

doesn't
allow yellow headlights, however an interesting fact is that the
yellow only
blinds you when it goes by, and once it passes, human eyes readjust
to the
dark about 30% faster than if white headlights go by. Go figure. >>

Hmmm...that's true...but around here (CA) there are so many little
Hondas
running around with those PIAA ion halogen replacement bulbs...and
I've seen
some of them drive by cops with no problems...of course, if they're
anal
enough, I guess they will pull you over.
