NASCAR unlimited --> wrong

Let's see, Jay says Rockingham, and Gregory says Richmond.  
I checked out nascar.com and @/garage/00065656.html and
/garage/00065728.html the rules are discussed, and that only mentions a
proposed limit for 1997 and 4 races out of last season where the cars were
limited to 14.0:1 CR.  Sorry if I ticked anybody off, but I'm not fanatic,
just a fan.
