DAT attachments

To eliminate these annoying attachments from Exchange or Outlook:

Open the address book
Click on a name
Select properties
You will see a check box "Always send to this recipient in Microsoft 
Exchange rich-text format"
Make sure this check box is NOT checked.

This should eliminate the attachments

If you are using Microsoft Outlook, get the Internet mail update from 
www.microsoft.com/outlook
This will turn the above mentioned check box off by default and allow 
quoting with > or | instead of simply attaching the message you are 
responding to.
