Electrical Supercharger / Turbo Anti-lag

Actually both Garrett and Aerodyne do(did) make VNT turbos.
I _had_ an Aerodyne on my GTX, it self destruct. Now there's a
Garrett VNT on it with an upgraded compressor section.
It's not quite as responsive as the Aero unit, but it lives, and has 
much better top end.
