Used one of those plates in my old truck in the console to make a nice soda
cooler <G>. I don't think they have enough volume to cool engines well
enough. Was that the application you were thinking of? Or to cool air
coming in to the passenger compartment? They draw little electricity, but
don't forget, it takes a while for the cooler to get cool... its not an
instantanious 40 degree cold air flow ;)
