1 of 2ft X 2" PVC pipe
1 of 2" pvc gate valve 
1 can PVC glue
1 Pkg JB QuikWeld epoxy
1 of 25 ft X 1/8" id plastic tubing
1 of 3 ft X 1/8" id aluminum tubing
1 gallon distilled water
1 tube food colouring
1 yardstick with inch and metric markings
2 of 4'X8' 3/4" particle board for case
1 2' X 4' white melamine shelf 1/2" thick
1 sears 6HP shop vac
1 Dwyer A-532 Air VCelocity calculator

Instructions to build are in issue #7 Mopar Tech Special, published by
Harris Publications Inc, 1115 Broadway, NY 10010.
Due to copyright laws and common decency,I cannot supply the plans, but
the mag is $4.50 US or $4.95 Canadian, so it won't break the bank to
check it out. Should be available on most quality magazine stands.
