About the engine conversion with the fiero, two routes
come to mind.
  1. use all the OEM stuff, and use a 7th injector that
comes on line as boost builds, and a ignition amp.,
with a boost retard program. Be sure to run a plenum
equal to about 1/2 the CID, and think it out so there
aren't too rich/too lean cyl, and do lots of plug cut
     readings, when dialing it in.
  2. Use the ECM from like a Buick Turbo V-6 with its MAF,
then use a chip programmer like from The Turbo Shop,
and spend hours gettin it perfect. Rumor has it the
86-87 MAF is calibrated for 500CFM (at 100HP/140CFM)
probably more than you'd use, so 85-84 MAF might be
a better choice (don't know it cali.).
Run plenty of fuel pump, and there no thing as too big of
exhuast downstream of the turbo, some turbo cars hate flow
master mufflers.
