Exhaust System Design

A while back there was a discussion thread about  books,etc regarding the
design and construction of exhaust systems.  Did anyone discover any
reference books other than "The Scientific Design of Intake and Exhaust
Systems"?
I am currently playing around with the exhaust on my Moto Guzzi motorcycle
and need some theoretical and practical guidance.
