2.8L TBI -> 4.3L TBI

Howday

On the surface all that is required is the
prom and the calibration pack. Don't have the Pns handy
but a good dealer should help.. Same ecm I believe
the 4cyl used a different one..

I wouldn't worry about O2 sensor unless it is located 
much farther down the pipe.
