16 Bit Eproms

Try the Intel and AMD sites.  Look for the AM29F200 or Intel 28F200.
It's not a PLCC, rather an SOP.  I believe there are a couple of
28 pin PLCCs as well though.

BTW, when you manage to read it, could I have a copy?
