efi332 and GM TPI manifold

Hi guys,
 Brand new to the list. I am intrigued with the idea of fuel injecting
my hobby. It has a small block Chevy engine and I would like to inject
it. I am thinking of starting with the GM TPI setup. I have the manifold
from an '87 Camaro. I would like to build something to manage this
system and do setup/maintenance with a laptop computer. Am I in the
right place? Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated.
