I think it would work......but it's exactly the opposite of what I want to do.
If I was you I'd plane the head to lift the Compression Ratio, This will give you better
response off boost....but I will also decrease the detonation point so you may have
to redo the ignition timing or lower the boost or run higher octane gas. But the
overall performance should be similar but a bit more power off boost.
