My posts causing mail problems

My posts from work (a bad habit) are causing at least one service
provider problems.  The people controlling the computer networks are
switching all mail both internal and internet to Microsoft Exchange. 
The firewall may be stripping my email address from my Netscape
messages, causing the problems.  Which is another reason not to post
from work.  Exchange adds all their formating to the bottom of the
message which adds a couple of kilobits of crap.

My apologies to anyone inconvinienced.
