carb vs. efi

	There is a school of thought that the racers used to replace the
Rochester QuadraJets with Holleys because they couldn't understand the
QuadraJets! Given that they were in obvious but they were outstandingly
effective over a wide range of requirements, lasting from 1965 to the end
of GM carburettors. In the same way the EFI can be daunting at first.
However all of the F1 and many other racers use FI.
