NA FWD 148 Bin

Just going from memory I think the format is somthing like:

 S1 <Address> <total nunber of bytes for this line> < Data > < checksum ones compliment>
     2 bytes     1 bytes                            X bytes           1 byte
 
It is an ascii file so it is readable by any text editor.
