Took my DataraseII apart and it has a 4W bulb. It
takes about 10-15mins to erase eproms that are about 1/4
inch from the lamp. The light it emits is a light blue
color.

UV-A 320-400nm (weakest)
UV-B 290-320nm
UV-C 260-290nm (strongest)
My National data book says that erasure starts at wavelengths
below 400nm, but the recommended light source is 254nm (UV-D?).
