Do you mean use a CCC ecm as a aux fuel contoller?.  No the fuel
solenoid in them was 60-100 ohms, so it'll blow trying to run a
injector.

Is a EFI compatable with the CCC ecm for inputs as far as ignition,
yes, but would need a MAP sensor, not baro/differ like CCC ecm

 Was all the code in these ecm's on a prom?

No idea.
