Just used a 10 LED AFR dealy.  Then there were some notes in the 
archives about it.  Kinda neat to watch.  FWIW, I think it goes to a 
ignore O2 mode like when doing the 13-44-45 disable, disconnect
O2 mode.   When doing that AFR goes low but is at the 128 BL/INT
mode.
