Adjusting Fuel Curve

Couldn't find the answer to this in the archives, so I will
address the list.

How can you on a Speed Density system move the entire fuel
curve up or down?  I have a Blazer with a 4.3 Liter V6, TBI
system.  Can the fuel curve be adjusted up or down by making
changes to the MAP or TPS or other sensors?  Or is this
something that can only be done by modifying the data stored
in the ECU chip?
